Bernice E. Baltutis, 91, of Fountain Hills, Arizona, passed away November 30, 2003. Mrs. Baltutis was born January 26, 1912 in Chicago, Illinois. She was an Executive Secretary for an Insurance Company and was a member of the Lithuanean Club of Arizona. She is survived by her sons, Robert J. (Patricia), of Fountain Hills, AZ, and James A. Baltutis of Las Vegas, NV; two grandchildren, James A. Baltutis (Rebecca), Burbank, CA, and Ronald E. Baltutis, Las Vegas, NV; two great-grandchildren, Nicholas, Las Vegas and Jessica, Burbank, CA. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 10:00 AM at St. Casimir's Cemetery, Chicago, Illinois.
