Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, December 5, 2003 at Desert Palms Presbyterian Church, 13459 Stardust Blvd., Sun City West, AZ. Contributions may be made to Sun Health Hospice, Sun City West Unit, 21739 N. 151st Ave., Sun City West, AZ 85375.
