Gregory Lyle Root, 40, died at is home in Chandler, AZ on Nov. 5, 2003. Born in Ashtabula, Ohio, Aug. 9, 1963. Graduated from AHS 1981. Graduated Kent State Univ. 1983 in Computer Programming. Employed by Fuji Film Coloring Processing, Inc. Phoenix, as a purchasing agent. He was an avid sports fan. He is survived by his 2 sons, Benjamin Joseph 12 1/2 and Kyle Phillip 10; par-ents Norma and Don Root; brother Matthew Root (Phy-llis) Temecula, CA; brother Kevin Root (Kelly) Phoenix, AZ and sister Sandra (Charles) Young, Phoenix, AZ; 3 nephews and 1 niece. Services were held Nov. 7, 11 am at Carr-Tenney Funeral Home Tempe, AZ. Officiating service was Rev. John Hanley from Holy Spirit Church. Burial service was at St. Francis Cemetery, Phoenix, AZ.
