Carol Marie Ontiveros, 63, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on November 29, 2003. She was born Oct-ober 4, 1940 in Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by daughter, Ramona Chavez; sons, George Medina, Sr., Gregory Medina, Sr. and Arthur Medina; sister, Andrena Torres; brothers, Francisco Lewis, Jr. and Curtis Goodwin; 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 5, 2003 from 6-11:00 PM, Salt River Memorial Hall, 9846 E. Earll Dr., Scottsdale, AZ. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003 at 9:00 AM, also at Salt River Memorial Hall with interment taking place at Salt River Cemetery, Scottsdale, Arizona. Bunker's Garden Chapel handled the arrangements.  Published in the Arizona Republic on 12/3/2003.
