TOWER, Betsy Clark


Tower, Betsy Clark Betsy Clark Tower of Phoenix, Arizona died on November 30, 2003. Immediately before her passing, she was one of the oldest living native Arizonans to hale from a frontier Arizona family. She was born March 13, 1915 in Prescott and at age 6 moved with her parents, Agnes and Neil Clark, to Phoenix where she would remain a life-long resident. Educated in the Valley, she attended and graduated from Kennilworth Elementary School, Phoenix Union High School and Phoenix College. She was predeceased by her husband, Philip Tower, who passed on in 1950, and is survived by her daughters Ellen Spalding and Betsy Willcuts, son Philip Tower, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
