Vanchieri, Sam Joseph   

Sam Joseph Vanchieri, 77 of Scottsdale, Arizona died December 2, 2003. He was born in Heron, Illinois and moved to Scottsdale in 1977. Sam is an Army veteran and was a builder in the Real Estate business. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Michelina; son, Joseph Carl (Toni); daughter, Betty Ann Thurman; grandchildren, Michael Thurman, Kristine Thurman and Jennifer Vanchieri; sister, Rosemary Riggio and brother, Sidney Vanchieri. Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2003, 6-8PM Rosary 7PM at Desert Hills Mortuary 6500 E. Bell Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 6, 2003 at 10:30AM at Blessed Sacrament Chapel 11300 N. 64th St. Scottsdale, AZ 85254-5007.
