GREEN, Joseph Henry

The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, December 03, 2003 Joseph Henry Green, 87, of Sun City passed away Nov. 26, 2003. He was born in Washington County, IA and was a graduate of the University of Iowa. A WW II U.S. Coast Guard veteran. He retired as General Director from GM Assembly Division in Detroit, MI after over 30 years. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Sun City and the General Motors Retirees Club. Survivors include his brother Samuel W. Green of Sun City and a niece Camilla Dohrer of Mesa. Visitation will be 3-5 P.M. Monday, 12-1-2003 at Menke Funeral Home, 12420 N. 103rd Ave. Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, 12-2-2003 at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church, 9728 Palmeras Ln., Sun City, AZ. Entombment at Sunland Memorial Park in Sun City. Contributions are suggested to the Sisters of Charity-BVM, 1100 Carmel Dr., Dubuque, IA 52003-7998.
