HOFFMAN, Peter V.

Peter V. Hoffman, Lt. Col., USAF (Ret.), 63, of Prescott, AZ, passed away November 29, 2003. A Celebration of Peter's Life will be celebrated at 11 A.M. on Thursday, December 4, 2003 at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home. Concluding services will be held Friday, December 5th at 11 A.M. at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix with full military honors offered by Luke Air Force Base Honors Detail Team. The family requests contributions to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 733 Third Ave., New York, NY 10017.
