Frank Allen Claunch was born on July 29,1936, in California and went to be with the Lord on July 9, 2008.
He was a firefighter in Vernon, Calif., for 25 years and retired in Prescott, Ariz. He was an active member of the Yavapai County Fire Board. His passions in life were his family and involvement in the Fire Department field. He touched the lives of all who crossed his path and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Beverly; daughters Cheryl of Chino Hills, Calif., Vicki of Fullerton, Calif.; and son Brent from Brea, Calif., and their spouses; plus eight grandchildren who truly loved their grandpa, and a brother, Don, from Palm Springs, Calif.
Services celebrating his life will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at The Heights Church in Prescott. Immediately following the service will be a special gathering for family and friends at The Central Yavapai Fire Training Center.
