Modesta M. Lombardi, 81, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2003 at Glencroft Care Center. Modesta was born on March 1, 1922 in Menominee, IL to Nicholas and Cecelia Lombardi. Modesta is survived by her daughter Karen (Richard) Demers; granddaughter Jessica (Joseph) Haug; grandson Brian Demers; and brother Donald Lombardi. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 6:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd., Peoria, AZ. Remembrances in Modesta's name may be given to Glencroft Care Center, 8611 N. 67th Ave., Glendale, AZ 85302, ATTN: Marla Caulk or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014.
