The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, December 5, 2003 David A. Mitchell, 62, of Mesa, Az passed away on Oct. 18, 2003. Funeral services were held at Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas, NV on Oct. 23. Beloved husband of Pat Kelly Mitchell, loving father of daughter, Misty Brown, and stepsons, Kyle, Matt and Ryan Notley, and devoted grandfather of six. Mr. Mitchell served in the U.S. Air Force as Air Police. He was a retired senior computer analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. His favorite hobby was computer graphic design. A memorial service will held at a later date.
