Mary Ruth Miller, nee Book, 78, formerly of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on November 29, 2003. Arrangements are by the Cremation Society of Illionois, Mt. Prospect, Illinois. Services and interment are private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
