COLLINS, Sidney V.

Sidney V. Collins, Lt. Colonel, U.S.A.F. Retired, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 7, 2003 in Mesa, AZ. He was born November 11, 1919 in Morristown, NJ. He is survived by his wife, Anna; sons, Gregory Charles and Richard A. Collins; step-daughters, Kathy Farnsworth, Debi Hall, Donna Robinson and Lory Fenske; sisters, Mollie Reubert and Jacqueline Johnson; 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003 from 7-8pm, Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ. Funeral Services will be held Friday, Dec. 12, 2003 at 10am, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mesa Central Stake Center, 925 N. Harris Dr., Mesa, AZ, with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Parkinsons research of the Mayo Clinic or Barrows Neurological Center in Phoenix, AZ.
