Sicard, Nancy Helen     

Nancy Helen Sicard, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 5, 2003. She was born in Altoona, PA on April 10, 1943; in 1962 she enlisted in the United States Navy and she moved to Arizona in 1974. Along with her devoted husband of 34 years she raised six children, including two sets of twins. Nancy is survived by husband, Leo; son Michael; daughters Sherry, Terry, Christine, Amy and Jamie; 3 sisters and 4 brothers along with 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Nancy was an outstanding wife, mother, and friend and will be sorely missed. In lieu of flowers, contributions, may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 W Flower St., Phx, Az 85014. Chapel services will be held on Tuesday December 9, 2003 at 10am Phoenix Memorial Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd. Phx, AZ 85027. Arrangements by Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Park and Mortuary.
