Jessie A. Abril, 75, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away December 3, 2003. Services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 6200 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Lowmans Arizona Funeral Home.
