Services will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at 9:00AM-11:00AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 809 S. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ, Following to Glendale Memorial Park Cemetery, 7844 N. 61st Ave., Glendale, AZ. Arrangements by La Paz Funeral Home.
