HERMIZ, Lexia Renae

Lexia Renae Hermiz, was born August 16, 2003. She entered into rest December 6, 2003 in Peoria, Arizona. She is survived by her parents, Gilbert and Danielle and grandparents Albert and Anna Hermiz and Rick and Joan Clark. Visitation will be on Thursday, December 11, 2003 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ. A procession to the grave will be immediately followed by Graveside Services at 2:00 PM at Phoenix Memorial Park.
