MACKENZIE, M. Donald

M. Donald MacKenzie passed away at his home in Phoenix, AZ on December 6, 2003. Don was born November 21, 1954 in Buffalo, NY to Malcolm and Ruth (Hachten) MacKenzie. He leaves behind and will be dearly missed by his wife of 25 years, Marilyn (Miller); sons, Matthew, Michael & Mitchell; his mother, Ruth Nutt; sister, Barbara Prusinowski and brothers, Bruce & Robert. Visitation will be 5-9pm Friday, December 12, 2003 at Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd. in Scottsdale. Funeral Service will be 10am Saturday, December 13, 2003 at Phoenix First Assembly of God - Youth Pavillion, 13613 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to New Song, 6947 E. McDonald Dr., Scottsdale, AZ 85253 or Odyssey Hospice, 202 E. Earll Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85012.
