Penny C. Elkins, 64, of Houston, Texas died April 29, 2010, after a long battle with cancer. She will be greatly missed. 
   
She is survived by her partner of 16 years, Frank; daughters Melva, Heidi and Constance, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 
     
Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 4, at Klein Funeral Home on Champion Forest.
