Grandchildren: Jessie, Ryan, TJ, Jay Lynne, Shan, Amanda, Kylee, Jamie. Great Grandson: Mark. Mrs. Shinn was born in Phoenix and lived her entire life in Arizona. She is a proud wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed her family. Visitation Monday, August 18, 2008 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel, 6747 E. Broadway Road, Mesa, Arizona. Funeral Service 11:00 AM on Monday in the Mariposa Gardens Cemetery Chapel. Burial following the service in Mariposa Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery.
