SHIVERS, Homer Ethel

Newspaper Unknown, Smith County, Texas June 1951 Funeral Rites Held for Homer Ethel Shivers, 75 year old native Texas. Mr. Shivers died last Thursday on his farm, southeast of town. A retired farmer, Mr. Shviers was well known in this section of the county. He is survived by his wife; three sons, Joe of Ft. Bragg, N.C., Wade of Fort Worth, and Wallace of Grand Saline; one brother, Vernie Mills Shivers of Prescott, Ariz, and three sister, Mrs. Helen Crone of Dallas, and Mrs. Ida Kuykendall and Mrs. Bea Harrison, both of Grand Saline (Texas).
