David Crissman, Jr., 34 of Glendale, died on December 6, 2003. He is preceded in death by his father D.V. "Sully" Sullivan. He is survived by daughter Alicia, son Dana, companion Angela Grider, mother Sue Sullivan, sisters Sharon (Dick) Hoppe and Cindy McCarty. Visitation will be on Friday, 5pm - 8pm, Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road. Contributions can be made to the Crissman Childrens Memorial fund, c/o Avondale Moose Lodge #2037, PO Box 1743, Avondale, AZ 85323.
