Helen Louise De La Cruz "Lulu", 39, of Phoenix, AZ passed away December 1, 2003 in California. She is survived by her beloved family: children, Andrea Soto, Daniel Matthew Soto and Mercedes Marie Leon; parents, Paul and Clara De La Cruz; sisters and brothers, Vincent Ramirez, Debra Ortega, Paul De La Cruz Jr, Sandra De La Cruz, Lydia De La Cruz and Virginia De La Cruz; and grandchildren, Izaiah and Juliette Contreras. Helen was preceded in death by a grandson, Alexander Contreras. Visitation will be held 12/12/03, 5-8pm, Funeral service 12/13/03 10am, Resthaven Park Mortuary, 4310 E. Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ.
