Main, Mesa, AZ. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014. Arrangements handled by Mtn. View Mortuary.
