Paul E. Barrett, 51, of Prescott Valley, Arizona, passed away December 6, 2003 in Phoenix, AZ. A Celebration of Paul's Life will be celebrated 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel in Prescott Valley. A private cremation will follow at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley.
