White, Michael C. Michael C. White, 43, of Phoenix, AZ passed away suddenly at his home December 8, 2003. He was born July 24, 1960 in Mount Holly, NJ and traveled both the country and the world as part of an Air Force family. Michael graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a degree in Finance. He was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. Michael worked for the Farmers Insurance Group until four years ago. Following a move to Arizona in 1999. Mike became the best of stay at home dads for his two young daughters. His proudest accomplishment was his commitment and devotion to his family, evidenced by countless volunteer hours, healthy lunches and his wonderful relationship with his children and others. Mike is survived by his loving wife of nine years, Tammy, daughters Annaise and Sarah, parents Chuck and Pat White, parents-in-law Gary and Karen Tussey, sister Sandi, her husband Darren Powers and children Christopher and Alison, sister-in-law Tonya, her husband Christian Kelly and children Sam, Kate, and Jack, and brother-in-law Chad, his wife Denella Tussey and children Caleb, AJ, and Madison. Mike was an avid outdoorsman, sports enthusiast and great friend. He touched many lives as he volunteered in the Art Masterpiece program at Kyrene de la Estrella School. Mike was a certified Chi Gong instructor, and volunteered teaching his craft to hospital patients. Services will be at 2:00 on Friday, December 12, 2003 at Mountain Park Community Church. The family requests donations in lieu of flowers for the Art Masterpiece program in Honor of Mike White to the Great Western Zone Federal Credit Union at 2700 S. Sunland Drive, Tempe, AZ 85282.
