Joyce H. Wagner of Glendale, Arizona passed away December 8, 2003 at age 84. Joyce was the daughter of Frank and Elina Sandstrom of ND. She is survived by her husband, Leo F. Wagner, Sr. and by 6 children for her late husband, Richard P. Toscas. Surviving children are Wayne Toscas, Georgia Lee, Robert Toscas, Cheryl Blaha, Gregory Toscas, Barbara Rodriguez, 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11am Thursday, December 11 at Community Church of Joy, 21000 N. 75th Ave., Glendale, followed by a noon reception at the church. Visitation prior to the service at 10am. She will be interred at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
