Dolores Weinberger, 76, died December 8, 2003. She was born August 15, 1927 in Bronx, NY.Dolores came to the Valley 41 years ago from Michigan. She was a former owner with her husband of Regal Lighting. Dolores was a member of the Jewish War Veterans Auxiliary and United Order of True Sisters. She was a former member of Temple Beth Israel and was a Girl Scout Leader. She was an avid crafter. Survivors include husband Leon Weinberger, daughters Gerri (Scott) Dames and Bonnie Wilson, brother Eugene Tapfer, grandchildren Mark Rood, Barry Rosen, Stephanie McIntyre, Jay Levey and great grandchildren Adam, Aaron, Andrew and Haley Rose. She was much loved and will be missed by all. Funeral services were held December 9th at Beth Israel Cemetery. Contributions in her memory are requested to American Diabetes Association 8125 N. 23rd Avenue #222, Phx AZ 85021 or American Heart Association, 2929 S. 48th Street, Tempe, AZ 85282. Arrangements Sinai Mortuary.
