Seymour Adler, age 74, of Phoenix died December 9, 2003. He is survived by his wife Sherry, son Anthony, daughter Julia Sheade, stepchildren Lance, Matt, Rachel, and Nat, and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Sinai Mortuary Chapel, 4538 N. 16th Street, Phoenix. Contributions in his memory can be made to Har Zion Congregation, 6140 E. Thunderbird Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254 or Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014.
