Carl Warner Bartels, CPO U.S.N, Retired, passed away December 8, 2003 in Avondale, AZ. He was born May 10, 1932 in Spirit Lake, IA. He is survived by sons Brett, Bob and Kurt, brother Arnie, 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. No services will be held. All contributions can be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
