Loudell Bailey, 64, of Phx passed away Dec. 10, 2003. She was born in Lafayette, AL and moved to Arizona in 1995. Loudell is survived by her husband Harvey Cecil Bailey; sons William D. (Ann) Coupland, Robert D. Coupland & Alfred L. Gaines; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and 7 brothers. Viewing Mon., Dec. 15, 2003 from 2-5 PM with a funeral service at 5:00 PM. at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd
