John H Combellick, 80, formally from Phoenix, passed away Nov. 23 at NKC Memorial Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned per John's request. John is survived by his wife Alice, his children, Mary Lou, Rick, Barbara and Tom. One sister, Beverly, as well as 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the American Heart Assoc., American Cancer Society, or City of Gladstone Animal Shelter in care of McGilley's Funeral Home in Gladstone, MO.
