WILLIAMS, Howard George (Sr.)

Howard George Williams Sr.,  82, of Scottsdale, passed away on April 5th.  

Mr. Williams was a retired bus driver for the Greyhound Corp.  He also was a member of La Casa De Cristo Lutheran Church.  

He is survived by his wife, Effie; daughters, Meredith Anderson, Mesa, Dawn Williams, Lawton, OK, Beverly Schell, Alamagordo, NM; step daughter, Sherri Rostain, Bakersfield, CA; sons, Howard G.,  Raymond, ME, David S., Groton, CT, James K., Avondale, Robert G., Phoenix; stepsons, David West, Bronson, IA, Richard Congram, Scottsdale; and brother David E. Williams, Crocket, CA.  Also included are 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. 

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 8, 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Messinger Pinnacle Peak Mortuary, 8555 E. Pinnacle Peak Rd., Scottsdale. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 9, at 1:00 P.M. at La Casa De Cristo Lutheran Church, 6300 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. Internment will be at The National Memorial Cemetary of Arizona.
