Eva Ruth Kiggins, 80, died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004 in Lakeside.
She was born Oct. 17, 1924 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Eva and her husband Kenneth (well known predator control agent for AZ Fish and Wildlife) lived for a couple of years in General Crooks House in Ft. Apache. They later moved to Payson where they lived for 22 years. After Kenneth passed away in March 2000, Eva moved to the Mountain Oaks Apartments in Show Low. She had many friends there. When she could, Eva attended Blueridge Christian Center where her son-in-law was the pastor. She will be missed by all, but now she has a new body and is rejoicing with her honey in heaven.
Eva is survived by her daughter Valora (Pastor Odis) McCloud; four grandchildren and their spouses; nine great grandchildren and one new one-month-old great-great granddaughter, Olivia; one brother; six sisters; many nieces and nephews; and many friends including those at Mountain Oak Apartments.
Funeral Services for Eva were held Thursday, Nov. 4, at the Blueridge Christian Center. Interment will be in the Show Low Cemetery.
