Doyle D. Chain, 80, died Nov. 27, 2004 at his home in Taylor. 
 
Doyle, a loving husband, wonderful father, and caring grandfather lived in Taylor for six years. He was a retired potter, and also worked as a security guard. Doyle will be loved, remembered and missed by all who knew him. He served his country in the Army during World War II.
      
He is survived by his wife Bessie; son, Larry; daughters, Vickie Lambeth, Paula Cuzzolino; seven grandchildren, Charles Spalline, Anthony Spallino, Terry Lambeth, Larry Chain, Michael Phillips, Laura Caldron, J.D. Cuzzolino; eight great-grandchildren, T.J. Lambeth, Cody Lambeth, Stevie Spallino, Charles Spallino, Racheal Spallino, Julia Caldron, Abegel Caldron and James Phillips.
      
Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 2 at Valley View Southern Baptist Church.
      
Fletcher's Mortuary in Show Low handled arrangements.
