Lisa Nicole Reidhead, 21, died Nov. 27, 2004 at Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Prescott. 
      
Lisa was born Oct. 13, 1983 in Show Low. Lisa was a student at Prescott High School. She liked to travel and loved music. Her mother always told her, "On the day you were born the angels got together and created a dream come true." Lisa was their dream come true.
      
Her survivors include her father Jerold Reidhead, Springerville; mother Jeanne Reidhead, Cottonwood; sisters Bonnie Wallen, Carlsbad, N.M., and Julie Peck, Taylor; grandparents Doyle and Neada Bradford, Luna, N.M., and Lester Reidhead, Springerville.
      
Her grandmother Winefred Reidhead precedes her in death.
      
Funeral services will be Friday, Dec. 3 at 10 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Springerville Chapel.
      
Burnham-Jewkes Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
