Evelyn S. Green, 64 of Phoenix Arizona, passed away on December 6, 2003 after an extended illness. She was a survivor of a Japanese prison camp in the Phillipines during WWII. She is survived by her husband, 2 sons, daughter-in-law and 2 step granddaughters. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th at 1:00pm at the Prescott Valley Church of Christ.
