Donald R. Hakes, age 76, of Glendale, AZ passed away December 14, 2003. Survivors include is wife, 3 children, and 4 grandsons. Don was an insurance agent for 50 years, member and past president of Mended Hearts, member and volunteer for the Disable American Veterans Chapter 20, and a active member of the First United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th at 3:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the First United Methodist Church or Mended Hearts Chapter 68.
