Donald R. Hakes, age 76, of Glendale, AZ passed away December 14, 2003. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th at 3:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 5510 N. Central Ave. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the First United Methodist Church or Mended Hearts Chapter 68.
