BACZYNSKI, Stanley J., Jr.

Baczynski Jr., Stanley J. Stanley J. Baczynski, Jr., 80, of Tempe passed away following a long illness on December 16, 2003. Stanley was born in Saginaw, MI on January 9, 1923. He was in the Army Aircorp stationed in the Pacific, earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech and was an active member of The Knights of Columbus and was a Faithful Navigator. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by wife Joyce, two sons Stanley and Jeff, 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Friday, December 19th at the Church of Resurrection 3201 S. Evergreen Rd., in Tempe. Rosary will be held at 12:30 p.m., Visitation at 1:00 p.m. and Mass at 2:00 p.m. Tempe Mortuary handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Stanley's name to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St., Phoenix, AZ 85014 or to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation, 710 W. 168th St., New York, NY 10032. Published in the Arizona Republic on 12/18/2003.
