Katherine B. Frye, 93, rural Silver City, Iowa, formerly of Tempe, AZ, Omaha, Fremont, Holdrege, and Scribner, Nebraska, died Dec. 13, 2003. survived by daughter Virginia Meier of Tempe, AZ and son Jack Frye and his wife Linda of rural Silver City, IA; sisters, Blanche Beckenhauer of West Point, NE, Irene Pick of Berryville, AR, and Jean Chisholm of Fremont, NE; eleven grandchildren, seven great-granchildren, one great-great-grandson. Funeral services are 10:30a.m. December 17th at the First Congregational Church U.C.C., Fremont, NE with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery in Fremont. Memorials are suggested to the visiting Nurse Association Hospice, Omaha. Arrangements by Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home, Malvern, Iowa 712-624-8444.
