Clark, Nancy A. 

Nancy A. Clark 67 of Desert Hills, AZ, died Thursday, Dec. 11, 2003 at Hearthstone Center of Sun City, AZ. Nancy was Medical Librarian many years for Samaritan Hospital at Maryvale and held several state offices. She leaves a brother and three sisters and families and two special friends Wilma Eibnor & Bruce Lyons to mourn her. Nancy was a polio victim in 1948 and spent the rest of her life in her wheel chair, accomplishing many things. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date in Manson, Ia.
