Virginia F. Andel, 88, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away December 14, 2003. A private cremation will be held at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. A private inurnment will follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
