Blandina (Dina) Virginia Mihalek, 66, of Phoenix, Az. passed away December 12, 2003 due to complications from long term illness. She was born Sept. 29, 1937 in Chicago Ill. to parents Bill and Grace Donati. 

Dina is survived by her husband of 45 years, Michael, sons Bryan and Bradley, daughter Denise Watson, daughters-in-law Wendy and Angela, son-in-law Daniel, and 9 grandchildren, Nicole, Torina, Shawn, Katie, Kindyl, Tyler, Katie W., Connor, and Derrick. 

She will be remembered for her gifts of friendship, loving devotion to her family, her enthusiasm for her children and grandchildren, her fighting spirit, and beautiful soprano singing voice. She will be missed beyond what mere words can express. 

A time of gathering and sharing will be held Thurs. Dec. 18, 2003 from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at Camelback Sunset Chapel and Funeral Home, 301 W. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix.
