Robert I. Enciso, 76, of Phoenix, AZ passed away on December 16, 2003. Mr. Enciso served in the U.S. Navy, WWII. Services will be held on Friday, December 19th, 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, 3220 W. Greenway, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley.
