Neal J. Hase, 68, of Prescott Valley, born Nov. 16, 1936, in Minneapolis, Minn., died Sunday, March 6, 2005, in Phoenix.

Private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory. Committal Services with military honors will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix on Friday, March 11, at 11 a.m.

Arrangements by Arizona Wakelin Bradshaw Chapel.
