Zook, Gary N. 

Gary N. Zook, 59 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully Dec. 15, 2003 after a valiant 3 year battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, son Chris (Sherry), daughter Lynn, his beloved grandchildren Brandon, Talia, and Jace, his Father and Mother Lee and Helen, brother Barry, and his 3 sisters Diane, Claudia and Candy. We are comforted knowing that he is in God's care now and will be watching over us from the Heaven's above. There will be a visitation on Thursday, Dec-ember 18th at 12:00 P.M. and a service at 1:00 P.M. at the Paradise Chapel Funeral Home 3934 E. Indian School Rd. His burial will be in McCallsburg, Iowa on Monday, December 22. In lieu of flowers, a Memorial Fund has been set up in his name.
