Charles F. Hoffman, loving husband, father and grandfather entered into peace with God on December 16, 2003 at the age of 58. Charles was born on December 12, 1945 in New York to Morris and Lucy Hoffman. He is survived by his wife Beverly; daughters, Dawn Hoffman and Cheryl Gardner; son-in-law Dereck Gardner; grandchildren, Khylie and Kenna Gardner; father, Morris Hoffman; brother, Bill Hoffman; sister, Fran Wilkerson and 6 nieces and nephews. Charlie was known by many names to many people, but perhaps most affectionately known as "Bumpa Koo Koo" to his 2 grandchildren. For information on a memorial service celebrating his life please contact the family. Donations to the American Liver Foundation, Arizona Chapter will be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
