Mildred J. Singh, 83 years old, passed away on December 17, - 2003. Visitation is one hour prior to the funeral service beginning at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 21st at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 N. 59th Ave., Glendale, AZ. Interment Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, AZ.
