Ruth Carter, 83, of Coolidge, AZ, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2003. Visitation will be held 12-1 PM, Friday, December 19, 2003 at Simes Mortuaries Florence Chapel, 360 N. Park, Florence, AZ 85232. Services will follow at 1:00 PM. Contributions may be made to RTA Hospice Foundation, 1675 E. Monument Plaza Dr., Casa Grande, AZ 85222.
